Support work in the two houses.

Queens Park and Queens Lodge need support workers. The work is personal care, meals, company, and helping someone get out into Eyres Monsell. There is no nursing on site. A senior support worker does that same work and helps the shift hold. The healthcare service manager post is the running of that service, not a shift on the floor.
